With over 25 collective years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Catalyst has the ingenuity and energy required to solve even the most challenging development problems.  And with a proven track record of closing on deals, Catalyst has the tenacity and relationships essential to getting projects successfully over the finish line.

In 2012, Gabe Clark founded Catalyst Commercial Development and currently serves as its Principal. Gabe’s strong background in real estate development consulting helped to establish Catalyst as a solid industry performer in the Greater Philadelphia region.  Combining a vision toward development with the addition of Aaron Repucci in early 2014, Catalyst jumped into the development arena and has grown exponentially and strategically year after year.  After gaining footing in retail development, Catalyst systematically branched off into several sectors of development to focus on industrial, multi-family, single family lot delivery and well positioned retail assets.  With roots in an engineering, Catalyst has the technical, creative, and tenacious mindset required to drive developments to successful end results.  Understanding that each development deal brings a unique set of challenges, while also keeping a keen eye on building relationships, Catalyst takes particular care and focus to bring together a team of professionals that are best suited for each step of the process.  The result: a proven track record of development success.
